The NortonTasks window provides the details such

as the timestamp, the duration, and the status of

the background jobs. The details also include the

type of power the job needs to run and if a job ran

during idle time. You can select different power

sources for the background jobs. You can also start

or stop a background job at any time.

1 To view the details of the Files of Interest

The Norton Insight - Application Ratings window

provides details on the trust level, prevalence,

resource usage and stability ratings for the Files of

Interest.

You can use the Performance Monitoring option to

monitor the performance of your computer. To access

the Performance Monitoring option, go to the Norton

AntiVirus main window, click Settings > General >

Performance Monitoring > Performance Monitoring

Performance window to access the online tutorial page

to get more information.

Accessing the Performance window

System Insight provides you a centralized location

where you can view and monitor your system activities.

System Insight displays such information in the

Performance window. You can access the Performance

window to view details about the important system

activities, CPU usage and memory usage, and

Norton-specific background jobs. You can also view

Norton Insight details and defragment your boot

volume.

To access the Performance window

In the Norton AntiVirus main window, click

Performance.
